Our daily breakfast, with love : Aug-14

Another sumptuous breakfast prepared
Since Shin Yang had stopped working for more than 5 years, she had embarked on another mission to enhance our family with more happiness and health.  From a person who disliked household cores and barely cooked the instance noodles, her journey was not smooth sailing in the beginning.  Just like any 'entrepreneur', she had experimented multiple dishes and formulated numerous household workflows to adapt to her new life style.  I seriously thought it must be a much more difficult task than her previous routine 9 to 5 job.  For our dear family, Shin Yang had bravely confronted every obstacles and embraced them joyfully or calmly, challenging and overcoming them steadily.  I still remembered when mama went for her cataract surgery in 2012, Shin Yang had prepared and cooked almost every lunch and dinner for the family for a good six months duration.  From there I believed, courage was found as well as the confidence, both from within herself and from us in her.  Her desire to continuously improve herself was remarkable, she read, she learn and she put them into actions.  Although we were also required to synchronize with her 'testings', we were fortunate enough to have fewer 'difficult' moments like brown rice and coconut oil (which i disliked) than 'joyous' occasions like fruits, juices, natural ice-cream and desserts.  Shin Yang had shined brightly within our family, she had transformed us healthily throughout these few years with her progressive efforts.  The kids were seldom sick these days as well as myself, an actual proof of her success.  Sensei always mentioned that a mother is like the sun in the family who shines cheerfully with all her affections; Shin Yang had really performed like one, she would tirelessly be the first to wake up every work day and prepared our sumptuous breakfast.  She was so fantastic that at times, there would be my favorite chicken porridge or cold soba ready at the moment we woke up for work or school.  I could not express my gratitude more to having such wonderful and lovely wife who also performed so well as a mother, I couldn't be luckier.
