I had got a glimpse of Xuan Xuan doing her artwork at Nafa... Her teacher commented her good attitude towards delivering a good work, she juz need to improve her time management..

Playing with Photoshop : Aug-08

Firework Display for NDP : Aug-08
I had brought 6 tickets for the family to watch this firework display from Korea. It had started to rain continuously since early morning and we were worried that this event may be postponed due to the rain. It was still raining heavily when we set off. Mentally, we had prepared ourselves to get drenched. We parked our car at the Singapore Flyers' carpark and walked towards Marina Square to have dinner at Swedsen. After dinner, we decided to proceed to walk to the podium and guess what... the rain had almost STOPPED! The DJ did not hesitate to start the firework soon before the rain got us again. What a fantastic timing to stop raining!

Dim Sum @ Golden Peony : Aug-08
After spending 2 full days in Conrad Hotel and thoroughly impressed with their staff's high level of the 3Ps - professionalism, passion and pride in their jobs, I decided to ask the family to go there for dim sum - for Mummy's birthday, as well as for Xuanxuan's birthday! This morning dim sum trip was really the most fruitful for Xuanxuan, havin collected so many presents from her beloved Ah Jia, Q Gong, Yeeyee, Aunty Florence, QQ and Dorothy Jiejie.. :) Her jiejie could only try to be less jealous..
Birthday present for Xuanxuan : Aug-08
Xuanxuan had requested me to help her to make a castle for her school project and made it her birthday present for this year... I readily agreed to her request and we spent a good amount of time planning, sourcing for materials and then, making the castle itself.. It is a Disneyland castle, with Xuan's favourite princesses on it. She's very happy about the outcome and cannot wait to show it to her friends.
