I was always proud about Keong's courage and determination to have a career change in becoming a TCM doctor. He had persevered for 6 year, studying diligently and finally obtained his license successfully. It must also have been his kindness and accumulated good fortune to be able to take over a small TCM clinic to start his practise and helping others, including me and my family. :-)
When working in Utsunomiya, I had always tell them how nice was the beef BBQ there. I finally took them to one of the Japanese restaurant in Singapore, hoping to have a similar experience. Thankfully, it turned out well and we utterly enjoyed the dinner.
Thea finally mustered her courage to come together with Ally for her first stay at our place! Despite still shy in conversing with us, I think she has totally enjoyed the experience and fun as we visited Mac, playground, 7-11, Changi Jewel...

My dearest Qi turns 22 this year! Celebration within the family is simple but Qi also has multiple outings with her friends to celebrate. As for the present, I have bought her a Canon camera for her to take selfie too.
This year Halloween Qi had requested me to take some photographs with her friends dressed up hilariously like Casper. Despite the rain, we headed down to National Gallery and continued our shooting. It turned out funnily well for her to post them on Instagram.
There are a few things very special about ling birthday this year... Firstly, she had just completed a challenge of 75 days to avoid any pastries and this celebration is her break to be able to taste heavenly cakes again. Then, she also received a specially prepared gift by dor - a big pot of "猪脚醋"!, one of her favourite dishes. You can see how happy is she that day. :-)
After several years, I finally finished compiling our old family photos into a book to commemorate and pay gratitude to my grandfather. The book is also meant to remind our younger generation on our family roots. I have since printed about 7 books and started distributing them to my uncles and aunties, my grandfather's descendants.
Xuan had a project about KG Glam, so we went there one of the evening and took some street photography.
