Impromptu NTU Visit After 20 Years : Mar-2020

Amidst the covid-19 situation, Xuan after receiving her A-levels results, has applied to the one and only course she truly wants to do — NTU’s school of Art, Design & Media. As submission of a portfolio is compulsory, she’s signed up for a portfolio review session at the school.

Victor and I decided to be her chauffeur for this trip.. yes, it still takes about 2 hours to travel to NTU on public transport!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Since we’ll be waiting for Xuan, I suggested to take this opportunity to explore our alma mater on foot and also clock in a workout!! Victor was of course game!!

Considering the passage of more than 20 years, little has changed, yet the once-intimate place is no longer familiar. Lots of landscaping and new buildings have been added.. I missed the jungly feel of my NTU.
