Catching sunrise at Punggol : Aug-14

On SG National Day (9^th Aug), three of us decided to compromise some sleep to catch the sunrise along the Punggol waterway.  We started off while the sky was dark at about 6.30am and cycled a good thirty minutes before reaching the Lorong Halus bridge which had a good view of the east side.  We rested along the bench, awaiting for the sunrise, while enjoying our morning dose of coffee and sharpening my photography skills.  Unfortunately, Mr Sun was shy away by the clouds again and before we knew it, the sky had brightened!  Another miss… but En'en did have her fair share of joy at the swing towards conclusion of the trip.
